What are exosomes and how do they work?
Exosomes are microscopic vesicles (vesicles) that range in size from 30 to 100 nanometers. They contain proteins, lipids and amino acids. Exosomes are released from various cell types and play an important role in cell-cell communication, participating in various biological processes such as tissue repair and modulation of the nervous system.
Simply put, exosomes serve as "couriers" delivering various molecules to cells. They move through body fluids between cells.
In the process of regeneration, exosomes are actively involved in tissue healing during cuts, burns and other injuries. Inside them are anti-inflammatory proteins that stimulate the release of cytokines and chemokines by the immune system. These substances promote tissue healing.
Exosomes maintain their integrity and enter skin cells through receptors.
In addition, exosomes have rejuvenating properties, strengthening vessels and regulating metabolic processes in the skin.
Exosome functions
  • Restore the synthetic function and "biological clock" of mature cells: this is achieved by the penetration of highly specific micro RNAs into cells and the activation of genes responsible for the synthesis of cytokines and chemokines
  • Penetrating into the cell, exosomes attract (recruit) tissue stem cells, i.e. in turn stimulate the restoration of vascular and nerve growth, thereby improving tissue trophism.
  • Improvement of trophism and high concentration of endogenous growth factors allows cells to return to the active phase of synthesis of extracellular matrix components.
Main characteristics of exosomes
  • High stability due to natural double lipid coating.
  • Possibility of sterilization and quality control.
  • Exosomes can be accurately identified and characterized using certain markers, flow cytometry.
What is the difference between exosomes?
  • Source of receipt
  • Number of cell cultures
  • Cleaning
  • Preservation method
Fortex exosomes are derived from sheep's placenta
  • Sheep placenta is rich in vitamins and biologically active substances such as RNA, DNA, peptides, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, proteins, lipids, and enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), which are responsible for its various beneficial effects. These active ingredients produce an anabolic effect and aid in energy production by improving age-related physical functions.
  • Epidermal growth factor (EGF), transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), senescent cell activation factors (SCAFs), and CD31 + are chemicals that promote cell growth, healing, and tissue repair.
  • The placenta is also rich in hormones such as gonadotropins such as estrogen and progesterone, which significantly restore hormonal balance, improving sexual energy and function.
